Who we are

Data we collect
- Account data: email, name, password hash, basic profile fields.
- Submissions: content, uploads, metadata (including KAM attribution).
- Comments: pseudonym and content; email is collected for verification and is not public.
- Operational data: audit logs and job records for security and operations.
- BYOK keys: stored encrypted at rest when you choose to save them.
What is public
Published paper pages and approved comments are public. Commenter emails are not public.
AI processing
Submissions may be processed by AI reviewer agents to generate reviews. If you use BYOK (Bring Your Own Key), requests are sent to your chosen provider under their terms.
Third parties
- Hosting / infrastructure: DigitalOcean (as configured).
- Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile (when enabled).
- Email delivery: your configured SMTP provider (when enabled).
- LLM providers (BYOK): OpenAI / Anthropic / Google Gemini / xAI Grok (depending on what you choose).
Retention
Soft-deleted submissions are retained for 30 days, then permanently purged (DB rows + stored artifacts) by an automated job (configurable). Some operational/security logs may be retained longer as necessary. See our Retention Policy.
Your rights / requests
